We may use information about you to improve, personalize and facilitate your use of our Services. For example, when you sign up for a Hubtel account, we may associate certain information with your new account, such as information about other accounts you had or currently have with Hubtel, and prior transactions you made using our Services. We also may use information about you to measure, customize, and enhance our Services, including the design, content, and functionality of our applications and websites, or to track and analyze trends and usage in connection with our Services.

If we reasonably suspect that your Hubtel Account has been used for an unauthorized, illegal, or criminal purpose, you give us express authorization to share information about you, your FayaSMS Account, and any of your transactions with law enforcement.
We do not warrant that the Services will be compatible with your mobile device. Your use of the Services may be subject to the terms of your agreements with your mobile device manufacturer.
3. Data Deletion
FayaSMS keeps your SMS data for only 03 months. In other words you ony have access to 3 months of SMS data. We do so to keep our data database light and maintain speed. However, if you need a report on an SMS data that is not available to you, you can request for it and it will provided to you.
Also, after three (03) months of inactivity (a user who created an account but never purchased a bundle), your records will be deleted to keep our database light.
4. Terms & Conditions
Your acount topups are all converted to units and thus are non refundable as long as FayaSMS remains operational.
SMS sent from the App will be forwarded to the respective MPTNCs* of the recipients specified by the client. All SMS that are successfully delivered to the MPTNCs attract the unit charge for an SMS. This stage of the process is the sole responsibility of FayaSMS and we liable of any failures/interruptions of the process. SMS will then be forwarded to the various recipients by their respective MPTNCs* and FayaSMS WILL NOT be responsible for thus stage of process.
FayaSMS will not be help liable for any interruptions or failures that may occur resulting in the failure of the MPTNCs* to successfully deliver the SMS to the recipients. Reasons for such failures or interruptions may include: technical problems with the MPTNC* systems, recipients' phones either being switched off or out of coverage area during the whole SMS validity period.
Clients are SOLELY responsible for the contents and accuracy of all SMS submitted to FayaSMS to be delivered to their recipients because all messages are sent AS IS.
FayaSMS guarantees absolute confidentiality of all clients Contacts and SMS contents. Thus, no third parties will be allowed any form of access to clients Contacts without the consent of our client.
Clients will adher to an appropriate code of conduct when utilizing the Service. Sending of unsolicited advertising material, illegal content, inappropriate language or any SMS that may be viewd by the recipient as being contentious or offensive nature is not permitted and may, at the sole discretion of FayaSMS, result in the immediate suspension of the Services rendered to the client in question.
Upon the detection of any attempt by a client to illegally manipulate thus App in any manner not authorized by fayaSMS, the account involved will be suspended with immediate effect while all SMS credited to the account will be confiscated with noo refunds available for the owner of the account.
Your FayaSMS account will remain active as long as their is at least one activity performed on the app that involves contacting the SMS server within 6months. When there is no activity on the App within 6 months, all information stored on our server will be deleted. All contacts, groups and units will be lost and non-refundable.
This agreement is subject to the lawas of Ghana. All clients of FayaSMS are subject to the jurisdiction of the courst of the Republic of Ghana in the event that any proceeding shall be brought under the terms of this agreement.
